First Team All-Conference Performers

The First Team All-Conference selections represent the pinnacle of achievement in our conference. These top performers demonstrated exceptional skill, speed, and determination throughout the season. Their dedication and hard work have earned them this prestigious recognition.

• Sarah Jones (Northwood High): 100m Dash (11.8 seconds - personal best), 200m Dash (24.2 seconds). “Winning this award is a dream come true. All the hard work paid off!” - Sarah Jones.
• David Lee (South Central HS): Long Jump (7.25 meters - conference record!), 200m Dash (23.9 seconds).
• Maria Garcia (Westview Academy): 800m Run (2:10.5 - personal best). “I’m so grateful for the support of my coaches and teammates.” - Maria Garcia.
• Michael Brown (Eastside Prep): 400m Hurdles (52.1 seconds).

Second Team All-Conference Performers

The Second Team All-Conference athletes also displayed outstanding performance throughout the season. The competition for these spots was incredibly tight, highlighting the exceptional depth of talent within our conference.
